Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate as a systems level engineer to collect production requirements then plan and execute the build, integration, and validation of flight hardware to those requirements.
  • •Design and implement tooling solutions to eliminate assembly error, improve quality, and accelerate build.
  • •Automate novel processes to ensure repeatability on a large scale production line.
  • •Prove that a subsystem work center meets cycle time requirements, or own the design change required to meet target cycle time.
  • •Become a subject matter expert for the build of vehicle-level systems such as aero control surfaces, propellant feed systems, actuation systems, thermal protection, avionics, and primary/secondary structures.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
  • •1+ years of hands-on engineering experience (design teams and previous internships qualify).
  • •Ability to travel to remote build sites, up to 10%.
  • •Comfort working in a physically demanding space with exposure to fumes, odors, and noise.
  • •Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills to coordinate with design and technician teams.
