Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the link between the main kitchen and residents
  • •Assist the chefs to plate meals, prepare food trolleys and ensure preparation areas are clean
  • •Monitor stock rotation, comply with COSHH and HACPP guidelines
  • •Assist with catering for special events such as summer BBQs and Christmas parties
  • •Communicate effectively with the wider kitchen and care home teams
