Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the single point of contact for the customer throughout program execution.
  • •Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, on-spec complex and mass-produced systems.
  • •Ensure deliverables meet contractual, technical, and operational requirements and manage compliance oversight.
  • •Anticipate risks and lead structured crisis management and resolution of program issues.
  • •Own the program timeline to activate invoicing at contractual milestones and track/resolve program-level blockers.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years owning defense/aerospace PM end-to-end delivery for a €20M+ export contract in the Middle East region.
  • •Direct MoD-level customer exposure and understanding of offset, local content, and dual-use export licensing.
  • •Engineering degree required (aerospace, EE, systems, mechatronics); PMP is a plus.
  • •Strong knowledge of defense acquisition processes, program milestones, and compliance documentation.
  • •Arabic + English mandatory; ability to manage programs in disruptive environments while building the PMO themselves.
