Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot, repair, set up, adjust, maintain, and overhaul various types of packaging equipment using equipment drawings and blueprints.
  • •Follow all applicable safety rules and policies, including PPE, HAZCOM, Process Safety, Lock Out/Tag Out, emergency action, and required work instructions.
  • •Ensure adherence to the Quality Control Plan and related Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • •Operate packaging line equipment including startup, clearing jams, manual operations, shutdown, and support changeovers and wash outs.
  • •Assist with preventative maintenance activities for packaging line equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience operating a Packaging Line and related equipment, including startup, clearing jams, manual operations, shutdown, changeovers, wash outs, and preventative maintenance.
  • •Previous forklift experience.
  • •Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • •Technical, mechanical, and/or electrical experience operating and maintaining operating line equipment is desired, including experience with small hand or power tools.
  • •Ability to meet lifting requirements up to 50lbs.
