Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex business process consulting engagements, including industry trend evaluation, leading practices, and solution requirements definition.
  • •Oversee business process mapping, strategic and transition planning aligned to business objectives, and drive change management efforts.
  • •Mentor business process consulting professionals and direct end-to-end solution implementation and technological configuration.
  • •Architect and deploy LLM-powered copilots and assistants using SAP Joule and Joule Studio (No Code and Pro Code approaches).
  • •Design and govern RAG applications, knowledge graphs, and data migration/automation approaches across BDC, Datasphere, SAC, DBX, and BDC Connect to ensure quality and measurable value.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep expertise in business process consulting and business architecture, with the ability to lead complex transformation programmes and teams.
  • •Ability to design process frameworks, govern end-to-end solution implementation, mentor consultants, and act as go-to authority for disruptive innovation and change management.
  • •Hands-on experience with AI/ML in the SAP landscape, including LLMs, RAG applications, and Knowledge Graph integration.
  • •Track record in agent development, including building and deploying SAP Joule Copilots and Assistants and leveraging the AI Golden Path for Pro Code-based agents.
  • •Experience integrating data migration and automation strategies across SAP BDC, Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), DBX, and BDC Connect.
