Key Responsibilities

  • •Own all revenue of the Taiwan business
  • •Recruit and develop a high-performing sales team to drive pipeline and revenue
  • •Deeply understand existing and prospective Notion users in-market — their workflows, use cases, and unmet needs — and translate those insights into a market strategy
  • •Build momentum in the local ecosystem through community, startups, and strategic partnerships
  • •Establish Notion’s brand presence in-market and represent Notion as the public face across press, events, and executive conversations

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of professional experience, with a strong track record in sales, business development, or market-building roles, including 3+ years in a people management role
  • •Experience working in and managing Taiwan markets, ideally across startup, mid-market, and enterprise segments
  • •Comfortable with the ambiguity and pace of iteration of an early-stage operation
  • •Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
  • •Fluent in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus
