Key Responsibilities

  • •Review IT systems and infrastructure performance and provide technical recommendations to ensure high availability, security, reliability, and optimal performance.
  • •Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) for system-related incidents and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • •Develop plans for improving application availability and performance and forecast server/storage growth based on business requirements.
  • •Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans (DRP), participate in DR drills, and support capacity planning and business continuity plans aligned to ISO standards.
  • •Provide L2/L3 infrastructure support and participate in Major Incident Management (MIM) within an ITIL framework.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management and troubleshooting within reputable organizations.
  • •Strong experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure at L2/L3, including troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
  • •Experience with disaster recovery planning and DR drill execution, plus working within an ITIL framework and participating in major incident management.
  • •Strong technical documentation and reporting skills, with the ability to work independently in an onsite consultancy environment.
