•Design and evolve performance management frameworks toward continuous, feedback-driven models aligned to business outcomes, talent development, and succession planning
•Act as a trusted advisor on complex and sensitive employee relations matters, establishing scalable frameworks that proactively mitigate risk and ensure consistent, equitable outcomes
•Own workforce planning strategy, using data and modeling tools to anticipate future organizational needs, identify capability gaps, and influence hiring and talent investment decisions

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 185,000 annually
