Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide administration support to account brokers for client insurance and risk needs.
  • •Communicate with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to support insurance requirements.
  • •Assist with insurance policy activities including pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal tasks (e.g., drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, renewal reports).
  • •Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies accurately and on time.
  • •Attend client meetings and support tender processes, client renewals, claims, and other insurance broking duties while managing key stakeholder relationships.
