Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with UX Director, UI Leads, and production leadership to define, plan, and manage the UX/UI roadmap.
  • •Translate the game’s visual identity and user experience vision into structured deliverables and milestones.
  • •Coordinate across Engineering, Game Design, Localization, and QA to ensure technical and visual alignment for menus and HUD elements.
  • •Oversee daily and long-term scheduling and track UI iteration from wireframes/prototypes to final implementation and bug-fixing.
  • •Manage usability-focused review cycles and the bug triage process for UX/UI navigation and accessibility issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in production or project management in games, supporting UX/UI or graphic design teams.
  • •Strong understanding of UX/UI production pipelines, from wireframing and prototyping to final asset integration and technical optimization.
  • •Experience supporting creative and engineering teams in an AAA development environment.
  • •Ability to bridge communication between creative UI artists and technical software/UI engineers.
  • •Experience creating, tracking, and updating detailed production schedules using Agile or Waterfall, and using Jira/Confluence or equivalent tools.
