Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Environmental, Health, and Safety programs across the organization.
  • •Develop, implement, and maintain occupational health and safety programs to support a safe and productive work environment.
  • •Conduct incident, accident, and near-miss investigations using structured root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Facilitate risk assessments, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and critical task evaluations to identify and mitigate workplace risks.
  • •Manage key safety programs (LOTO, Powered Industrial Trucks, Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights, Contractor Safety, Machine Guarding, Permit-to-Work) and deliver EHS training and guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience leading Environmental, Health, and Safety programs within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • •Experience supporting regulatory compliance initiatives, EHS management systems, audits, and continuous improvement activities.
  • •Working knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations, risk assessment methodologies, incident investigation techniques, and root cause analysis.
  • •Knowledge of ergonomics, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), emergency preparedness and response, and contractor safety management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, occupational safety, environmental sciences, or a related discipline (or equivalent education/training/experience).
