Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership, coordination, and organization for sustaining process and control equipment.
  • •Assist with incremental equipment/process improvement and coordinate with engineering as requirements dictate.
  • •Troubleshoot and provide advanced controls and automation support, including electrical, hydraulic, vacuum, and pneumatic equipment.
  • •Develop procedures (e.g., task element sheets) and provide training to maintenance associates for sustaining and troubleshooting equipment.
  • •Coordinate software/firmware changes within the process area, ensure configuration control compliance, and perform repairs/calibration as required.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED.
  • •Associate degree in electronics or equivalent military training and experience.
  • •Ability to maintain IME certification by fulfilling all requirements.
  • •Proven knowledge of electronics, electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, vacuum, programmable logic controllers, HMIs, and computerized operator interface software.
  • •Knowledge of reading complex drawings, schematics, sketches, parts lists, and manuals; ability to use advanced mathematics to solve difficult problems.
