Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform conceptual, FEED, and detailed electrical analyses and designs in line with design basis, project specifications, and standards.
  • •Prepare and review detailed design calculations, analyses, design reports, and procedures, ensuring deliverables meet requirements and functional integrity.
  • •When acting as Lead Engineer, direct small or medium engineering teams and lead discipline execution for scope, deliverables, schedule, and resources within budget.
  • •Coordinate interfaces and develop clash-free designs with other disciplines and departments; communicate substantive decisions and actions.
  • •Support bids and technical queries, manage change notifications, and review/approve key electrical study outputs, diagrams, and vendor/subcontractor submissions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
  • •15–20 years of experience in oil and gas with major contractors or consultants, predominantly performing detail design.
  • •In-depth knowledge of design techniques, analysis methods, and applicable standards, codes, and guidelines.
  • •Knowledge of project coordination and execution skills.
  • •Preferably a Registered Professional Engineer or member of a professional engineering society, with strong communication and presentation abilities.
