Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end accounting for infrastructure assets through their lifecycle, including cost accumulation, prepayments/deposits, CIP, capitalization, and disposal.
  • •Build and maintain transaction flows mapping asset and cost movement from purchase order through receipt, warehousing, deployment, and in-service.
  • •Evaluate accounting implications of non-standard supplier and procurement arrangements and document conclusions in technical memos.
  • •Apply ASC 360 expertise (capitalization, useful lives, impairment, disposals, asset retirement obligations) and cost accounting concepts like BOM and landed cost.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to improve upstream data pipelines and component tracking (including serial-number-level tracking), and design scalable processes, controls, and systems; mentor the team and support external auditors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent preferred.
  • •Strong technical accounting knowledge of ASC 360 for infrastructure, data center, or compute-related assets.
  • •Applied cost accounting experience in a supply-chain context (BOM-based costing, landed cost, standard vs. actual, obsolescence/NRV).
  • •Experience building or maintaining end-to-end transaction flows, process maps, or subledger designs that trace assets and costs across lifecycle stages.
  • •Experience mentoring accounting professionals and translating technical accounting concepts for non-finance stakeholders.
