Job Summary

Lead small- to medium-scale proposal pursuits from early capture through client interviews, partnering with business development and technical teams to craft compliant, strategic submissions. Conduct detailed RFP/RFQ analysis, build compliance matrices, and manage proposal schedules and win themes. Produce and edit proposal content in InDesign (including support as lead writer for non-technical sections), coordinate reviews, and help prepare interviews and debriefs while guiding junior proposal staff.

•Lead small- to medium-size proposals with limited supervision and support larger pursuits as needed from capture through interview phase.
•Perform detailed RFP/RFQ analysis and develop compliance matrices to address all client requirements.
•Develop and manage proposal schedules and coordinate milestones to ensure timely, compliant submissions.
•Coordinate proposal content development (outlines, templates, content plans) and collaborate with technical teams for cohesive messaging.
•Lay out proposals in InDesign, perform high-level editing, facilitate Pink and Red Team reviews, and support interview preparation and go/no-go strategy discussions.

•Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
•Experience using AI and data analytics tools to analyze market and client trends.
