Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet and exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs.
  • •Use storytelling and passion for Burberry to inspire desire and love for the brand.
  • •Provide luxury service through expert product, fashion, and styling knowledge.
  • •Follow the client journey in-store: create a great initial impression, discover the client, close the sale, and maintain the relationship.
  • •Support store operations and standards including replenishment/inventory management, markdowns, and stockroom maintenance as required.
