Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day construction management using PMO standards and methodologies.
  • •Oversee the full lifecycle of data center construction projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
  • •Identify and manage change events, risks, and conflicts using change management processes.
  • •Monitor vendor performance, approve invoices, and track project expenditures.
  • •Communicate project status, risks, milestones, and priorities clearly to internal teams and senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • •Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience in a management/leadership role
  • •Proven ability to lead full lifecycle data center construction projects with PMO standards, safety practices, cost controls, and schedule management
