•Monitor vendor performance, approve invoices, and track project expenditures.
•Communicate project status, risks, milestones, and priorities clearly to internal teams and senior leadership.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
•Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience in a management/leadership role
•Proven ability to lead full lifecycle data center construction projects with PMO standards, safety practices, cost controls, and schedule management
•Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams
•Experience overseeing large data center or structured cabling construction projects preferred
