Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and reconcile corporate action events and perform secondary approval for Entitlements and Tax activities.
  • •Monitor and ensure accuracy and timeliness of client deliverables and service-level deliverables.
  • •Maintain technical knowledge of financial products and securities industry practices and integration with other operational areas.
  • •Engage internal clients and partners to resolve escalations, inquiries, incidents, and challenges efficiently.
  • •Support operational efficiency by reducing rework and errors, acting as a process expert, and escalating identified risks appropriately.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Accounting; master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • •24+ months of experience as an Analyst in the current role and 12+ months completed as Analyst II at the time of application.
  • •In-depth knowledge of security services and financial instruments, including equities, bonds, and tax-related products.
  • •Adherence to procedures and SD’s/REMS policies with the ability to own and resolve complex queries and issues.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and strong written and spoken English for business correspondence.
