Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely move, secure, and transport lumber products and other materials according to instructions.
  • •Stack finished products to predetermined bundle sizes and customer requirements, following proper stacking procedures and company policy.
  • •Label materials by type, size, and count; apply and maintain individual tags before/after treating or production.
  • •Band, bundle, and secure material (including corner protectors and loading sticks) and ensure correct quantities are strapped and labeled before leaving the work area.
  • •Maintain accurate tag inventory and production records, troubleshoot equipment (including staple gun use), keep the work area clean, and assist with loading/unloading carts.
