Teller I

Provide customer-focused teller services by accurately processing deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and change orders while maintaining cash drawer limits. Use sound judgment and bank procedures to prevent fraud and ensure compliance, including transaction reporting. Deliver courteous service that builds customer confidence, understand bank products to support cross-sell opportunities, and refer questionable items to leadership. Maintain confidentiality, assist with opening/closing duties, and follow safety policies.
