Services Account Manager

Drive growth for Trane’s Commercial HVAC service offerings by building long-term relationships with building owners and strengthening the existing customer base. You’ll identify and qualify opportunities, use consultative selling to pursue new business and expand accounts, and help customers develop business cases and validate outcomes. Collaborate with internal sales teams, manage planning and prioritization to hit sales targets, and troubleshoot service or product challenges while navigating complex customer conversations.
