Key Responsibilities

•Facilitate incoming hospitality visits and requests, responding within 6 business hours and providing customized hospitality offerings.
•Maintain monthly visit reports and upcoming visit reports for hospitality requests.
•Assist Event Sales Reps with coordination of larger group visits and events.
•Support VIPs and media reservations, working with venue management to communicate visit needs and billing notes.
•Coordinate BEO and visit details with clients and internal teams, including specialty requests and promotional event support.

•Strong organizational and time management skills.
