Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation/repair requirements, forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize work.
  • •Provide direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems and equipment at customer locations.
  • •Diagnose and repair HVAC units using cutting-edge technology/software and a variety of hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent; typically 5+ years of HVAC experience, with technical school/formal training preferred.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with a handheld computer (smartphone/iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent violations, including specified offenses in the previous 3 years.
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Be able to coordinate and execute on-site installation and repairs as part of a customer-facing role.
