Key Responsibilities

  • •Commercial Performance Analysis: Lead analytical reviews of revenue and sales performance, with a primary focus on the impact of commercial terms (rebates, incentives, discounts) and selective consumer-facing promotions across customers and channels.
  • •Market & Customer Insight: Partner with local and global commercial teams to analyse how 39 distinct markets deploy commercial terms and promotions, identifying patterns, structural differences, and key drivers of performance across customer accounts.
  • •Investment Effectiveness & ROI: Develop and apply robust analytical frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of commercial terms (e.g. rebates, incentives, discounts), assessing ROI, incrementality, and cost efficiency to distinguish value-creating structures from those that primarily subsidise base demand.
  • •Pre- and Post-Investment Assessment: Support fact-based decision-making by assessing proposed commercial terms and promotions ahead of execution and conducting post-event performance reviews to highlight optimisation opportunities.
  • •Reporting & Data Analysis: Use OneStream, Excel, and PowerPoint to deliver deep-dive analysis, clear visualisation, and concise executive-level reporting across global leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •7–8+ years in commercial finance, sales finance, analytics, or finance business partnering
  • •Experience analysing pricing, commercial terms, incentives, or promotional effectiveness
  • •Proven ability to influence commercial decisions through data and insight
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • •Hands-on experience with financial systems (e.g. OneStream, SAP, or similar)
