Key Responsibilities

•Commercial Performance Analysis: Lead analytical reviews of revenue and sales performance, with a primary focus on the impact of commercial terms (rebates, incentives, discounts) and selective consumer-facing promotions across customers and channels.
•Market & Customer Insight: Partner with local and global commercial teams to analyse how 39 distinct markets deploy commercial terms and promotions, identifying patterns, structural differences, and key drivers of performance across customer accounts.
•Investment Effectiveness & ROI: Develop and apply robust analytical frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of commercial terms (e.g. rebates, incentives, discounts), assessing ROI, incrementality, and cost efficiency to distinguish value-creating structures from those that primarily subsidise base demand.
•Pre- and Post-Investment Assessment: Support fact-based decision-making by assessing proposed commercial terms and promotions ahead of execution and conducting post-event performance reviews to highlight optimisation opportunities.
•Reporting & Data Analysis: Use OneStream, Excel, and PowerPoint to deliver deep-dive analysis, clear visualisation, and concise executive-level reporting across global leadership.

Key Requirements

•7–8+ years in commercial finance, sales finance, analytics, or finance business partnering
•Experience analysing pricing, commercial terms, incentives, or promotional effectiveness
•Proven ability to influence commercial decisions through data and insight
•Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
•Hands-on experience with financial systems (e.g. OneStream, SAP, or similar)
