Lead a Crocs store team in Orlando, driving exceptional in-store experiences, promoting brand initiatives, and achieving sales goals. As Team Leader, you’ll manage opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory controls while coaching teammates, coordinating with store management, and ensuring a business-ready environment. You’ll stay current on product launches and collaborations to engage customers and model Crocs’ service standards on the sales floor.
