Job Summary

Maintain and repair feed mill machinery and mechanical equipment to ensure reliable operation with minimal downtime. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical issues; perform preventive and corrective maintenance; and complete and document PM work using CMMS/CAM systems. Read technical drawings and manuals, support a preventive/predictive maintenance program, and coordinate maintenance activities with production while following GMPs, safety practices, and environmental compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform daily preventive and corrective maintenance on feed mill equipment to maintain reliability and reduce downtime.
•Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical equipment issues.
•Follow SOPs, maintenance instructions, GMPs, and safety practices while installing, adjusting, repairing, and replacing equipment.
•Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and repair manuals to support troubleshooting and modifications.
•Maintain maintenance records and reports in CMMS/CAM, complete scheduled PMs, manage spare parts inventory, and support preventive/predictive maintenance improvement efforts.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance Engineering, or a related field.
•At least 1+ years of relevant experience in industrial mechanical maintenance, engineering, or food manufacturing.
•Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial equipment, and maintenance engineering principles.
•Welding and electrical skills, including experience with 3-phase power (480 volts).
•Knowledge of PLC automation systems and ability to read and apply engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
