Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily preventive and corrective maintenance on feed mill equipment to maintain reliability and reduce downtime.
  • •Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical equipment issues.
  • •Follow SOPs, maintenance instructions, GMPs, and safety practices while installing, adjusting, repairing, and replacing equipment.
  • •Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and repair manuals to support troubleshooting and modifications.
  • •Maintain maintenance records and reports in CMMS/CAM, complete scheduled PMs, manage spare parts inventory, and support preventive/predictive maintenance improvement efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance Engineering, or a related field.
  • •At least 1+ years of relevant experience in industrial mechanical maintenance, engineering, or food manufacturing.
  • •Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial equipment, and maintenance engineering principles.
  • •Welding and electrical skills, including experience with 3-phase power (480 volts).
  • •Knowledge of PLC automation systems and ability to read and apply engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
