Job Summary

Support store profitability and efficiency as part of the Harbor East team. Partner with the Operations & Visual Management group to complete tasks, improve inventory accuracy, and drive floor operations while delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
•Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
•Support execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, and replenishment.
•Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor.
•Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team and guests.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16 - 18 hourly
