Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the main technical voice for Databricks across multiple enterprise accounts and lead the technical strategy within each account
  • •Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to evaluate and adopt Databricks as part of the customer's strategy and transformation
  • •Coordinate with hands-on teams to build proofs of concept and demonstrate Databricks products
  • •Develop and mentor a movement of technical champions within accounts and align technical strategies around Databricks solutions
  • •Present a compelling point of view to executives and influencers to drive decision-making and outcomes

Key Requirements

  • •Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala or Java
  • •Experience with large, global enterprise accounts (>$1m ARR) and executive-level relationships
  • •Strong technical leadership and ability to define and execute a technical strategy within an account
  • •Proven ability to lead virtual teams and drive data-driven business transformation
  • •Nice to have: Databricks Certification
