Lead the Danbury Fair store by coaching teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. Develop strategies to hit sales and profit targets, recruit and motivate talent, and drive operational excellence including inventory, payroll, employee relations, and visual merchandising. Report to the District Manager and model the values that keep the brand relevant and customers engaged.
