  • •Founder Branding & Communication: Content Creation and Network Management to communicate the CTO’s vision and build relationships with tech founders and stakeholders.
  • •Organization & Executive Support: Calendar & Inbox Management and Meeting Preparation to optimize the CTO’s time and ensure follow-up of action items.
  • •Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives: Lead ad-hoc projects and assess strategic technical partnerships to keep the ecosystem at the forefront.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •Initial practical experience (internships or working student roles) in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, management consulting, or PR/Social Media management.
  • •Strong interest in technology and the ability to translate complex technical concepts (AI, Robotics) into compelling narratives.
  • •Builder’s Mindset with high ownership and ability to build processes from scratch.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
