Key Responsibilities

•Warmly welcome guests and act as first point of contact across the spa concierge desk, email, telephone, and wellness facility reception.
•Provide service and product knowledge, make reservations, manage check-in/out, and ensure accurate billing and confirmation communications.
•Handle and coordinate guest requests and movement within the spa facility, and share detailed information with therapists and attendants so guests don’t repeat details.
•Maintain privacy and confidentiality of guest data, keep workspace neat and organized, and enter guest information accurately into the spa software system.
•Support spa operations (e.g., boutique/inventory, changing rooms/relaxation areas, appointment scheduling, opening/closing duties) and assist with demonstrations, events, and training attendance.

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in a high-end day spa, resort, or hotel spa, or background in front office, guest relations, club lounge, hotel reservations, or retail skin care; medical receptionist experience is considered.
•Good grasp of Microsoft Office and basic computer literacy.
•Excellent grooming and confident, professional presence.
•Strong telephone skills and ability to handle very personal issues or medical concerns calmly and without judgment.
•Ability to learn, retain, and explain spa/salon/fitness services (duration, pricing, features and benefits) and products/accessories, with sales target achievement.
