Regional Manager - NJ South

Lead a regional sales team for ZOLL Cardiac Management Solutions, directly managing Territory Managers and Sales Associates. Plan and execute medical equipment sales programs, build relationships with key accounts, and drive performance against region objectives for orders, booked revenue, and profit. Hire, educate, retain, and develop sales professionals through coaching, while communicating and monitoring the CMS strategic plan. Spend significant time in the field working with hospitals and medical establishments.
