Key Responsibilities

  • •Actively participate in the plants Sika SAFE Program and ensure safety policies are followed.
  • •Inspect and maintain high standards of industrial housekeeping in the work area.
  • •Oversee and operate packaging equipment to conform to process and procedure specifications.
  • •Drive cultural change and initiatives emphasizing safety, communication, teamwork, environmental compliance, quality, productivity and waste elimination.
  • •Perform inventory checks of raw materials and packaging materials for the daily production schedule.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
