Key Responsibilities

•Define product vision, principles, and strategic roadmap for Agentic Commerce, including foundational capabilities, customer experiences, and operating models.
•Partner across the enterprise to set perspective and execution plan for how the ecosystem supports Card Members, merchants, and partners.
•Lead emerging technology evaluation and translate AI agent/LLM/MCP capabilities into differentiated product offerings.
•Drive development and execution of a complex multi-year platform roadmap integrating with payments infrastructure and reusable capabilities across partners and channels.
•Establish cross-functional alignment and operating rhythms to deliver secure, scalable, compliant agent-driven commerce, including trust frameworks and governance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 144,250 - 256,250 annually

•10+ years of progressive product leadership experience with depth in payments/fintech, platform products, or other complex regulated technology environments.

•Experience building platform-level capabilities that support multiple products, partners, channels, or ecosystem participants.
•Strong understanding of payments and trust infrastructure, including authentication, authorization, identity, consent, fraud/risk management, tokenization, and transaction processing systems.
•Partner closely with engineering to define APIs, platform architectures, orchestration layers, and scalable product frameworks.
