Key Responsibilities

•Safely and efficiently operate live haul trucks for timely transportation of live birds.
•Conduct equipment inspections per company guidelines and report issues to the supervisor.
•Operate trucks in a manner that maintains product quality and integrity, including following tarp guidelines in inclement weather.
•Operate forklifts to load trucks at contract growers in a safe and efficient manner.
•Maintain strict biosecurity and animal welfare at the farms; pick up each flock, follow housekeeping schedules using proper PPE, and communicate effectively with farm staff and associates.

Key Requirements

•Valid Class A commercial driver license (CDL).
•12 months of verifiable tractor/trailer experience within the past 36 months.
•No positive test for drugs or alcohol in the past 5 years.
•Ability to operate and maintain live haul equipment while following safety, quality, and reliability standards.
•Commitment to biosecurity protocols and animal welfare practices at the farms.
