Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Producers and Project Managers with day-to-day needs and maintain visibility across tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • •Ensure internal tools (Jira, Slack, Airtable) are updated and organized to keep workflows smooth.
  • •Perform back-office updates and ensure information is accurate and consistent; provide invoicing and finance support.
  • •Proactively assist with venue research and initial outreach; assist with vendor invoice processing and tracking.
  • •Support budget tracking, cost allocation, and coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate documentation and contract preparation.
