Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. •Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting individual and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and support repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory cycles (receiving shipments, stocking shelves, replenishment), and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail preferred; knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience using POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical tasks including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), and maneuvering the sales floor/stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition skills (preferred).
