•Drive the store team to exceed KPI targets, including cross selling and up selling across product categories.
•Represent the company in the local market, attracting new clients and building loyal relationships with the brand.
•Be present on the sales floor to ensure the highest standard of customer service and brand experience.

Key Requirements

•Must have proven leadership experience in luxury retail or premium brand environments
•Track record of achieving store financial targets and driving sales through team performance
•Strong client service ethos with ability to lead by example on the sales floor
•Experience managing omni‑channel activities (in‑store, online, events) and driving e‑commerce support
•Ability to analyze performance data to develop action plans and coach for succession planning
