  • •Support the CHRO and another member of the International Leadership Team with executive assistant duties.

  • •Manage complex travel schedules, including travel packs, briefing materials, and itineraries.
  • •Screen emails and appointment requests, highlighting actions with tight deadlines.
  • •Organize on-site/off-site meetings and events logistics, and support governance activities requiring discretion and confidentiality.
