Key Requirements

  • •PhD in Statistical Genetics, Human Genetics, Computational Biology, or related disciplines with 5+ years of industry experience.
  • •Demonstrated hands-on experience working with UK Biobank and All of Us data, including understanding of data architecture and data types.
  • •Extensive experience with QC, analysis, and interpretation of human genetics data, including single-variant and gene-based association analyses using WES/WGS/array genotyping data.
  • •Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience integrating AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude, Codex) into analytical workflows with appropriate validation of outputs.
  • •Strong preference for experience in rare disease genetics and translational research.
