Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development and scaling of a centralized finance reporting organization supporting corporate, business unit, and regional finance teams.
  • •Partner with FP&A, Data, and Technology to improve data quality, metric consistency, KPI governance, reporting readiness, and semantic model standards.
  • •Drive automation of recurring management reporting through standardized development methodologies and operational excellence.
  • •Lead a team to identify and implement opportunities to automate reporting, analytics, and business processes using modern technologies and tools.
  • •Build and oversee a local team, establishing delivery standards, career paths, and resource models to ensure scalable, accurate management reporting across regions.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD).
  • •Extensive experience in finance analysis and reporting, including proficiency in SQL, Python, and Microsoft Power BI.
  • •Experience automating recurring management reporting processes using standardized development methodologies.
  • •Proven ability to manage large-scale finance programs with cross-functional exposure.
  • •Familiarity with Oracle EPM and business intelligence/AI tools and techniques, plus strong stakeholder collaboration skills.
