Key Responsibilities

•Own the entire marketing function for DramaShorts, including paid UA, brand, creative, ASO/SEO, lifecycle analytics, and monetization.
•Build and scale the marketing team (UA managers, creative producers, analysts, brand).
•Develop and execute a growth strategy, including entering new geographies and launching new traffic sources and monetization channels.
•Own the creative pipeline from insight and concept to production-ready ads (UGC, in-app, performance creatives).
•Collaborate with product, content, and analytics teams to identify growth loops and improve retention and monetization.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in performance/growth marketing with 2+ years in a leadership role (Head/Lead)
•Proven track record of scaling a product from X to XX million through paid acquisition
•Deep expertise in mobile UA channels (Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, Google Ads)
•Experience managing budgets from $500k+ per month and teams of 5+
•Strong analytical skills: cohort analysis, LTV modeling, attribution logic; data-driven decision making
