  • •Define, analyze, and lead the system technical baseline for the XTR-2 program.
  • •Maintain accountability for the system requirements baseline and allocate/manage performance margins across subsystems.
  • •Develop and lead execution of the system modeling and simulation plan.
  • •Conduct system-level trades to meet allocated system and subsystem performance requirements.
  • •Drive design consistency across IPTs/CPTs and ensure systems engineering representation on engineering boards; partner with the Program Office on cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
