Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare comprehensive credit proposals for local and international FI counterparties.
  • •Assess country risk, sovereign risk, and the regulatory environment.
  • •Structure funded and non-funded facilities and ensure timely execution of credit documentation.
  • •Conduct annual and interim credit reviews; monitor exposure and track covenants and early warning indicators.
  • •Ensure complete KYC documentation for UAE AML/CFT requirements and coordinate limit setup, records, and documentation with Operations and Legal.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline.
  • •4 years of credit analysis experience, preferably within UAE banking or FI coverage.
  • •Strong understanding of Basel III framework and UAE banking regulations.
  • •Sound knowledge of UAE AML/CFT regulations and AML/KYC compliance.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.
