Drive 0-to-1 category innovation and commercial strategy by partnering with Product, Marketing, GTM, Finance, Operations, and Support. Build strategic frameworks to evaluate opportunities across hundreds of categories, translate marketplace insights and performance data into action, and define OKRs/KPIs. Lead without direct authority, develop category management playbooks, and communicate progress and impact to senior leaders through compelling narratives.

Key Responsibilities

•Launch 0-to-1 category initiatives as both strategic owner and operational driver, ensuring alignment with company priorities.
•Partner cross-functionally across Product, Operations, Marketing, and more to deliver measurable improvements without direct authority.
•Design and refine evaluation models for opportunities across hundreds of categories using OKRs and KPIs.
•Translate performance data, market trends, and customer insights into actionable growth strategies.
•Define and scale best practices for Category Management to ensure consistent, efficient team operations across the business.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in Management Consulting, Business Operations, GTM/Business Strategy, Business Development, Category Management, or similar roles.
•Track record driving 0-to-1 initiatives and scaling them into durable processes or programs.
•Experience working in technology, marketplace, online retail, or platform businesses, ideally optimizing category-level performance.
•Demonstrated ability to lead projects, influence without authority, and align diverse teams toward shared goals.
•Strong quantitative skills, including business case development and financial modeling, to translate data into actionable insights.
