Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and grow the Test Systems & Tooling team, hiring, coaching, and developing engineers building shared testing capabilities used across Engineering.
  • •Improve production-like testing by enabling engineers to create test environments that resemble production topology, configuration, scale, and behavior.
  • •Build or evolve capabilities for production-representative workload testing, including workload replay, realistic workload generation, multi-tenant testing, load testing, and stress testing.
  • •Establish repeatable failure-mode validation using real failure conditions such as dependency failures, latency injection, resource exhaustion, degraded-state recovery, and regional failure scenarios.
  • •Create shared testing frameworks and guidance and ensure system-level coverage outcomes are integrated into continuous and/or release validation across org boundaries.
