Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the infrastructure technical roadmap, engineering execution, and architectural integrity for mission-critical platforms.
  • •Lead infrastructure refactoring and migration from legacy systems to open-source-aligned, hybrid-cloud architectures.
  • •Architect and scale foundational infrastructure for high-density AI and data workloads, including GPU clusters, distributed storage, and low-latency networking.
  • •Establish enterprise AI-Ops and MLOps platforms to automate model deployment, scaling, monitoring, and lifecycle governance.
  • •Drive Agile delivery, CI/CD automation, mentorship of cross-functional teams, and enforce resilience, security hardening, disaster recovery readiness, and cost-optimized operations.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise environments, including 3+ years in a technical leadership or principal architecture role.
  • •Deep expertise in banking/fintech or large-scale digital platform modernization.
  • •Advanced backend proficiency (Java, Python, Go) and event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • •Hands-on cloud and infrastructure experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, cloud-native infrastructure, and complex network/storage plugins (e.g., Multus).
  • •Experience integrating LLMs/GenAI via APIs, vector databases, and data/AI frameworks under strict security protocols, plus delivery of migration projects with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code.
