Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as escalation point when clients or internal teams break Terraform, pipelines, or documented processes, and diagnose the root cause to unblock them.
  • •Build and maintain Terraform for provisioning AWS database infrastructure (RDS/Aurora) and deploy via GitLab/Harness pipelines.
  • •Maintain supporting tooling for database user and schema management, ensuring correct integration with managed databases.
  • •Automate recurring operational work using Python or Go.
  • •Build and improve incident-response tooling to route support queries to the right place, and maintain runbooks and disaster recovery procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with AWS and Terraform in a production environment.
  • •Provisioning AWS infrastructure via a CI/CD pipeline (GitLab, GitHub, Harness, or equivalent).

  • •Solid understanding of AWS security and compliance controls (e.g., IAM, KMS, Security Groups, Network ACLs).
