Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and supervise union paving crews for asphalt paving, milling, grading, and related roadway construction activities.
  • •Plan, organize, and coordinate daily work assignments to meet production and quality goals.
  • •Direct safe and efficient operation of paving equipment, rollers, skid steers, and other construction machinery.
  • •Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, company policies, and collective bargaining agreements, including daily jobsite safety meetings.
  • •Monitor paving operations for proper placement/compaction/grade, coordinate deliveries and resources, maintain daily reports, and train/mentor crew members.
