Job Summary

Partner with a portfolio of DE informative content creators and journalists to grow their impact on TikTok. Advise on short-form video strategy, optimize content performance, and translate creator needs and media trends into actionable insights for product, communications, and policy teams. Own end-to-end creator account management, support onboarding and verification requests, and analyze performance data to deliver measurable growth and high-quality news ecosystem outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and nurture trusted, long-term relationships with leading DE informative content creators to drive sustained growth and success on TikTok.
•Act as the DE market expert for product, communications, and policy teams, translating creator needs and industry trends into actionable insights.
•Analyze creator performance data using local market context to inform strategy, prioritization, and business decisions.
•Partner closely with the Head of News and collaborate with the News Publisher Manager to support portfolio management and high-quality informative content programmes.
•Support content acquisition and lead onboarding for new creators, equip creators with TikTok features and best practices, and provide end-to-end account management including resolving platform issues and handling verification requests.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience working with creators and journalists, adapting strategies and delivering education to support audience growth and sustainability.
•Strong understanding of the news and media landscape, including emerging social and platform trends.
•At least 5 years of experience across the broader media ecosystem, with a demonstrated track record in social media strategy and/or partnership and relationship management.
•Hands-on experience working with social media platforms, or deep knowledge of how creators, journalists, and platforms collaborate to grow audiences and build sustainable business models.
•Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with German fluency at C2 level in written and spoken.
